After experiencing it last night I’d have to say that I’d prefer two presentations and honestly once every two months is perfect.

This was my first MoR meeting (hence my input might be less relevant), and I’d be in favor of what you call the old format (content + dinner + content), content being workshops or presentations. Even if there would be more content in the new model (as hinted by Carl in a previous comment), there wouldn’t be as much as in the old format anyways. I mean, the MoR meeting is meant for Rails geeks, so I’d say, let’s cram in as much as we can

Besides, nothing prevents us from ordering Vietnamese, Chinese or anything else, instead of the usual pizza, as this seemed to be a problem in the past…

As for a break during the summer, I thought we agreed there would be only one meeting in July. But otherwise, if there would be more than that, I would show up (provided there are willing presenters of course).
